Designer Home

Problem:
A small town realtor had established local business based on the truth and honesty clause. His business was founded well and he made a fair amount of money each year, but he lacked initiative to grow and bloom where he’d been planted. The houses he sold lacked polish and his marketing skills were dusty. He needed energy and enthusiasm to go along with motivation for his business.

Solution:
After reviewing potential homes for sale, presentation of marketing options, and the realtors business, we determined that his marketing process was probably effective, but his presentation lacked polish.

Using a few key suggestions, the realtor’s office went over a no-cash outlay renovation. Good bones and quality furnishings offeres a solid foundation, but arrangement and organization were necessary to increase function. The small space became show-room attractive in a matter of minutes, offering intrinsic style changes and potential for welcoming new home buyers.

Without purchasing anything, we visited his seller clients and offered strategic home staging tips, using “things they had around the house” to make their homes more attractive to the buyers. We photographed their homes and created online photo collages of each home, then prepared a printed presentation page for each home to be displayed at the home on a ‘pick-up sheet’ basis for lookers, and in his office for on site buyers.

Newly worded, more enthusiastic ads, brought energy and profit to his business.
